The heightened sense of awakening and awareness that you may achieve through meditation or mindfulness practice is our natural state.
We are in connection with our soul/higher self at all times. We are embodying our graceful and wise spirit that allows us to be alert yet at ease, that offers guidance, protection and an inner knowingness that you also have within yourself but may have forgotten through early conditioning.
When we allow our spirit to shine through us and are one with all, everything is whole and filled with harmony and a deeper understanding. Yes, we feel emotions deeply as well, it is part of experiencing life in a physical body, however, we don't get depressed over them. We feel them fully and allow them to naturally dissipate, returning back into a state of pure awareness.
Come and invite us to be your spirit animal, your council and companion and call on us to remind you of the deeper truth, love, grace, wisdom, connection and guidance.
