I am delighted to share the dolphins’ message with you today. They are eager to impart their wisdom:

"As you navigate the ocean of life, remember that your unique expression is like a wave, while your soul is part of the vast, boundless ocean.

When you encounter shifting emotions, thoughts, and circumstances, remind yourself that the ocean is always there, holding and supporting you. We are here to remind you of the love and joy that await you when you open your heart and embrace the deep connection we all share. Think of the other waves and how they, too, experience similar situations. You are not alone in this.

If the ocean metaphor doesn’t resonate with you, remember that the earth is grounding and supporting you, while the Universe /God (of your chosen faith)/Higher Power is guiding and loving you. You are an integral part of this grand design.

Take a moment to reflect on your values and purpose, and consider how you can align your life with them. Are these values influenced by society, or do they genuinely resonate with your heart and soul?

When was the last time you laughed out loud, dear one?

Would you be willing to stand up right now, stretch your arms wide, and spin in a circle? (Be careful not to get too dizzy!) Or perhaps jump around to a fun song, sing along to an upbeat tune, or chant your favorite mantra?

Reach out to those you love and express how much they mean to you. Take time and be fully present with them. Spread love and joy and let it create a ripple effect.

Be patient and kind with others; you never know what battles they’re fighting. Let your actions create positive energy.

Life isn’t always easy for us dolphins, but we support and love one another. We remember our purpose: to elevate the planet’s energy vibrations and bring love and smiles to everyone we encounter.
